Description
Trinity Street Dublin ~ Dominique Beyens
Trinity Street Dublin ~ Dominique Beyens is a stunning composition of the Dublin skyline. The scene is a very eclectic view of Dublin and not one which many would recognise straight away. Nevertheless the Central Bank building positions the view and the mix of architecture makes it a very interesting scene. Kelly Cards Irish greeting cards, suitable for all occasions.
Dominique Beyens photographed scenes from around Ireland, each one has his unique vision for the subject. The different angles and levels in this photograph give a reminder of an Escher painting. Trinity Street is in the heart of Dublin and as it’s name suggests is close to Trinity College in Dublin.
DOMINIQUE BEYENS
A full-time artist originally from Belgium, Dominique lived and worked in Ireland for over twenty-five years. In addition, Dominique gained the prestigious RDS Freyer Art Award in 2012. Similarly, his works are collected and widely shown both nationally and internationally. In conclusion, a precise sense of timing and engagement becomes clearly apparent in his skillful streetscapes of Dublin.

Stumbling into a small shop in Sneem in 2019, my friend & I found 2 racks of lovely cards with various themes, all of which made us laugh or smile or reflect. Beautiful cards on good stock with plenty of room to write. It’s easy to buy online through their website and they even reward you with free shipping for a minimum purchase. Mahalo! :]
