History of Stephen’s Green

Stephen’s Green has been serving Dublin as a Park for four centuries, and necessarily its history is complex and interesting. The landscape of the Park today has not changed that much since its design in 1880. There are many trees found in Stephen’s Green especially on the perimeter where the trees serve to shelter the Park from noise and air pollution.
